2 Years International Guarantee Certificate

Thank you for choosing Carbon Touch jewelry and accessories. Your Zak Code or Carbon Touch product has been manufactured with the utmost care, using first-class materials and is covered by a 2 years international guarantee from the original date of receipt of product against all carbon fiber material and manufacturing defects. The rest of the materials used are covered by 1 year international guarantee.

If any defect becomes apparent, your accessory will be repaired or exchanged for another of the same value upon presentation of this certificate, duly completed and stamped by an official Carbon Touch retailer, to Carbon Touch or one of its distributors.

1. 1. The guarantee certificate is only valid upon presentation of proof of purchase and authenticity card. Specified guarantee period starts from date of purchase. The guarantee is valid only if there are material and manufacturing defects.
   2. The guarantee is recognized by the authorized service Carbon Touch only on presentation of this guarantee certificate duly filled out and containing Model, Reference, name of Carbon Touch or one of our distributors, its seal and the date of purchase. Defective goods are delivered in their original packaging.
   3. Regardless of the warranty, the seller is fully responsible for the lack of accordance between the product and its description, as required by the CCP. (Commission for Consumer Protection)

The Guarantee Certificate does not apply to:

Maintenance in the guarantee period may be withheld in the following cases:

1. 1. When there is evident discrepancy between the products documentation and the product itself, or any attempts for counterfeiting the Guarantee Certificate or serial number.
   2. When the terms of use, storage and transport are not duly fulfilled
   3. The guarantee does not cover normal wear, misuse, and accidental damage, damage arising from improper use or shocks due to natural disasters, lightning, floods, fire, attempted repair by unauthorized persons or companies, and other impacts. In such cases repairs are charged to the customer.

After the warranty period, we offer you as a service, to repair the products you have purchased from an authorized specialist dealer of the brand.

The evaluation of the causes of the defects is done by Carbon Touch specialists. Our warranty service includes impeccable repair by repair or exchange / replacement through an identical or equivalent item. The decision to do so is Carbon Touch’s duty. The repairs involve craft / technical craftsmanship, as well as the availability of the necessary original components

If a claim is made under the guarantee, the guarantee period is not extended by reason of the fact that parts may have been exchanged.

Carbon Touch will carry out any repairs that are not covered by the guarantee upon your acceptance of a cost estimate. In the event of defects, any dismantling or repair carried out by persons other than authorized Carbon Touch personnel invalidates the guarantee.

This guarantee card is an addition to your statutory rights.
