What warranties do you offer?

Zak Code – Handmade Carbon Fiber Jewellery offers 2 years international guarantee from the original date of receipt of product against all material and manufacturing defects. This may include, but is not limited to, prong defects, porosity issues or design flaws. If you feel that your jewel is in need of repair due to a manufacturer defect, we ask that you send us some pictures at office@zakcode.eu for an evaluation. If we determine that the repair is needed due to manufacturer defect, it will be repaired free of charge. Our 2 years warranty does not include every day wear and tear or abuse/neglect. We also cannot cover any Zak Code Jewelry pieces that have been worked on by another jeweler.

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?

At Zak Code, we take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers. Zak Code employs trusted and reputable third party hosting agents and payment providers to ensure the security of personal data. All credit card details are entered on a secure server using Stripe Payments. More information you can read at stripe.com

WHY SHOULD I PROVIDE MY REAL EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER WHEN I ORDER? I DON’T WANT SPAM.

Your information stays privately with us and we wouldn’t ever want to spam you. It’s important to have a way for our customer service team to contact you about your order so nothing surprising happens! We also want to make sure you get our email confirmation as a record of the order. 

WHY DIDN’T I RECEIVE AN E-MAIL CONFIRMATION WHEN I MADE MY ORDER?

Good for you for keeping your inbox safe with a tough spam filter. Though our confirmations are not spam, check there first. If the email isn’t there, please call our customer service team at +359 988 250 120 or eMail at office@zakcode.eu. Don’t forgot to add us in your safe Email List.

WILL I NEED TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES ON MY ORDER?

Zak Code is based in Bulgaria –  European Union so there will be no duties and taxes inside the EU.

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the EU. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

Yes, if the order has not shipped yet. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us at office@zakcode.eu or +359 988 250 120 as soon as possible. Changes are not possible after the order has shipped.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with details about your order and tracking number if such exist.

I PAID FULL PRICE AND NOW YOU`RE RUNNING A PROMOTION. CAN I GET A REFUND FOR THE DIFFERENCE?

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide refunds for items purchased prior to a promotion. We do run promotions frequently, so if you’re looking for a deal we suggest staying in the know by signing up for our emails.

MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT TO THE ONLINE LISTING

This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products.
It’s possible you may have an item that is showing a defect, please take a few photos and send them to our support team at office@zakcode.eu for review, along with your order ID.

HOW DO I FIND MY JEWELRY SIZE?

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?

Carbon fiber jewelries can be clean with soft cloth, mild soap and water. If there are stains on the carbon fiber structure you can clean it with a napkin with alcohol on. More information you can read at our Care Guide.

DO YOU HAVE AN ACTUAL STORE I CAN COME VISIT?

Nope we have no actual own store. But although we only exist online, there are still tons of ways to stay in touch with us. Our carbon fiber jewelry can be seen in Mobi Shops – one of our dealers in Sofia Paradise Mall and Sofia Serdika Centre.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM WORK?

Yes! We love to do custom work so please do not hesitate to ask about going custom by sending us an e-mail at office@zakcode.eu.

ARE YOU STILL SHIPPING DURING COVID-19?

Yes, we have taken precautions in line with local health authority and government guidelines to protect our customers and employees. Currently, we expect to dispatch in stock jewelry orders  within two-three business days. Made to order designs ship within approximately 2-3 weeks, and this estimate considers the slight delays our manufacturers are experiencing during COVID-19.
