How to make an order?
For Domestic Orders – Bulgaria:
You can order an item to your home or office in the following ways:

– by writing your order to e-mail: email@example.com
For International Orders – almost every part of the world:
– Register yourself in the online store
– Select the products you like.
– You will see delivery method obtions
– Select the delivery method – Post One Courier, Bulgarian Post Services, EMS, DHL, TNT
– Pay via PayPal, MyPos or Bank Transfer
– You will receive an email from us on your confirmation email.
– Please confirm by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or SMS at +359 988 250 120
– Once we will send you the items you ordered, you will receive an e-mail with order status update and tracking number if there is available.
COVID-19 Shipping Updates
Please note: We are doing our best under difficult circumstances to ship and deliver your order quickly and safely. Shipments may however experience significant delays due to increased border checks and reduced flights. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, delivery services are halting delivery to various different postal codes throughout Europe and outside Europe. Delivery time outside Europe may exceed 30 days.
!!! Destination USA Update: Due to the increasing number of new cases of COVID-19 patients in the United States and the consequent reduction in US Postal Service staff (USPS), we have been warned of an expected further increase in transit time to the United States, which may exceed 50 working days.

Deliveries are made within 2 to 7 business days.
Some of the products require more time to manufacture, which will be mentioned in the product description or before the purchase is complete.
Deliveries are not made on Sundays as well as on public holidays. All goods and products are sent after confirmation by the customer.
Carbon Touch BG Ltd. uses the services of the following courier companies for Bulgaria – Econt, Speedy
Carbon Touch BG Ltd supplies to all European countries and rest of the world. Delivery outside of the country is only possible upon payment by credit or debit card and at a pre-agreed delivery price. Deliveries outside the border of Bulgaria are performed by courier company DHL, TNT Express, Post One Courier Courier, Bulgarian postal services and others
1. Free Domestic shipping (with tracking number) – Express delivery for all orders
2. Free International Post shipping – regular service – (no tracking number) – the delivery time from 10 to 30 working days depending on the shipping address
3. Free International Express shipping provided by Post One Courier (usually 7-30 days, with tracking) for all orders over 100 EUR as total sum at checkout. You can check the estimated time of delivery for your country in the Delivery Time Table below.
In the case where the delivery of the product is free, you can choose this option and it will be provided to you when purchasing the item.
PAID EXPRESS SHIPPING
1. For orders less than 100 EUR as total sum at checkout.
Paid International Express shipping provided by Post One Courier (usually 7–30 days, with tracking) – 5 EUR.
2. For all orders when you need Express Delivery
Paid International Express shipping provided by DHL or TNT (usually 1–3 days, with tracking) – 15 EUR.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME For International Express Shipping provided by PostOne Courier before Covid-19 Update
The estitamed delivery time starts at the day we leave the parcel in Post One courier office. You will receive a message that the parcel has been shipped.
Please note that there is no guaranteed dispatch time and any information about the dispatch time is estimate only and should not be relied upon as such.
Please note that for deliveries Outside EU some duties and taxes may be due upon delivery.
